What can I say besides what a HUGE disappointment it was for our long planned reunion. Here is the story: we agreed with the manager Maksim for a table of 10 for a high school reunion. I came to Tyumen from London and we had people flying in from other cities in Russia. Group included director of Rosneft, owner of investment firm, owner of restaurants in Tyumen, coach of Tyumen main hockey club, among others. Some of us have not seen each other in 28 years. We paid deposit (9000 rubles) and all dressed up and excited showed up on time for our evening with a fabulous table on the terrace. Everything seemed perfect. Then it went downhill from there. Service was so slow that we had to chase water, drinks, wine and ask for the over and over again. Then we ordered meat and fish for everyone and were told it may take a bit of time. Fine, a bit of time is what, an hour? and hour and a half? Three hours later we STILL DID NOT GET OUR FOOD!!! By then some people had to leave, all hungry and frustrated. We asked for the bill and told the waitress that we will no longer be waiting for the food and are leaving. She started crying and asked Maksim the manager to come talk to us. Naturally we were already upset in front of our classmates. Maskim brought us the bill for abour 12000 rubles and "forgot" that we already paid the deposit or 9000. This really put us over the edge as we felt that not only were we being ignored all night, we also were being taken for fools. We refused to pay the difference the left the restaurant. If anyone at all paid attention to us the entire 3.5 hours we were there, this situation could have been averted, maybe other appetisers could have been offered or free drinks or whatever. But the entire debacle was SO incredibly mismanaged that we left in SHOCK. 28 years in waiting and reunion totally ruined by sheer incompetence of staff. Shameful!

Great place for both nice cocktail and sophisticated food. Been there twice and not in a busy time, stayed at the bar, the bartenders knew what they're doing and could give a piece of advise. Good is interesting, it's somewhat a blend of classic Russian meals with a modern ways. Good old beef tar-tar as well. Highly recommended if you're looking g for a quiet place to eat, drink and chat with an old friend. (unless it's a music or Friday night I guess).
