It was 12/17/23. The steak they made was simply disgusting. It was impossible to eat. My jaw hurt and I couldn’t chew at all. It is also impossible to cut. I don’t know much about steaks, I ate them 2 times in my life and they melted in my mouth. At first, while I was eating, I didn’t understand why this was happening. Halfway through I couldn’t stand it anymore and spoke out. Instead of writing off this steak, they offered to remake it (the first manager), then they thought about the fact that there was no steak, there was only 3000 rubles (the second manager decided to get out) (I think it’s a lie). As a result, they gave dessert as a gift not to the village or to the city (I don’t really eat desserts). I didn’t bother to sort things out, but the day was ruined and so was the whole impression! I still feel bad from the steak, maybe I was poisoned. Give credit to the waiter guy! Very nice, good, tried. Due to my bad mood, I forgot about the tip. But the waiter is good! Dined with a friend at the restaurant SKLAD 22 on Sat 06/17/2023. Initially, we arrived in Bona Capona, but there were no places there and the hostess suggested another chain restaurant, namely the Warehouse. As a gift for the inconvenience, they gave a flyer for a free cocktail (one for two). We arrived at Warehouse 22, we were seated on the summer veranda (as we requested). The first unpleasant surprise is the prices, almost 2 times higher than in Bona Capona. The flyer was valid for only one guest, so only one of us got a free cocktail. There are no pictures on the menu, and we asked the waiter what was included in the dish called "Cauliflower pancakes with ...". Answer: what is written is included. For the service immediately put -10, especially considering that the cost of this potato pancake is 490 rubles. We did not become indignant, we wanted to eat and leave. We ordered three dishes: this very pancake, kimchi cauliflower and shrimp in batter with wasabi sauce + non-alcoholic beer. Verdict: kimchi cabbage is delicious, shrimps are terrible, fried in rancid oil, it is suggested to dip them in wasabi diluted with condensed milk (seriously? this is in a restaurant), cauliflower pancake is a flat sole, with stracciatella and sausage, which, by the way, we don’t eat , because vegetarians. Here again about the service and the lack of a photo on the menu: if the waiter had bothered to explain what the dish consists of, I would not have taken it. To top it off, the toilet had no toilet paper and ran out of hand towels. And the icing on the cake: at night my friend became ill, she got poisoned in this restaurant, because. didn't eat anything else that day. We paid 2,100 rubles for three dishes (two of which were cauliflower) and non-alcoholic beer. The restaurant is not recommended. We will also no longer go to Bona Capon (we were regular customers).
