Une fois votre promenade autour de Laima Chocolate Museum terminée, venez à Skapis, nightclub. Il est facile de trouver ce boite de nuit grâce à son emplacement. Un personnel accueillant montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans Skapis, nightclub. Un service luxueux est ce que les invités aiment ici. La plupart du temps, ce lieu vous assure une atmosphère ravissante. Cet endroit a reçu la note de 4.3 sur Google d'après l'opinion des visiteurs.

This used to be pretty much the only safe space for LGBT+ people (and women!!) in Riga. It used to be the epicentre of the community. Now, ownership has changed and it’s not a LGBT+ club anymore. They say that now they are “open to everyone”, which means nothing. Now it’s just yet another club with basic music, basic drinks and creeps. Sad to see that a place that meant so much to so many people has ended up like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After the implementation of the new rules, the safest and coolest club in Riga became just another garbage club for people 45+. Thank you, but if I wanted to dance with creepy men, I could just go to Rock Cafe. Atmosphere: 1

With all due respect to Skapis (mind you, it used to be my favorite club - the only place where I felt safe, free, accepted and truly happy), your new rules are complete garbage. What is the point of it? In Riga, every single club - absolutely every one of them - is open to heterosexual people and heterosexual couples. They can bond wherever they want. They can kiss and hold each other anywhere. No one will look at them sideways. No one will judge them. Meanwhile, we - members of the LGBTQ+ community - despite anti-discrimination laws based on sexual orientation in Latvia, are not truly protected anywhere except TOP and, in the past, Skapis. There used to be great music here. A warm, welcoming atmosphere of bonding. I felt safe. I felt accepted. I felt loved. The music has gotten worse. The menu has gotten worse. This club has become so painfully ordinary that it makes me want to cry. If I wanted lewd looks and unwanted attention from older men, I could go to literally any other club. I came to Skapis to have fun. To relax. To enjoy myself. To spend time with friends and to safely, without judgment, spend time with the person I love. If you’ve decided to embarrass yourselves, then rename the club, because nothing of Skapis has left remains except the name. Your era, unfortunately, is over. It’s truly a shame. Atmosphere: 1
