Si vous avez faim, venez ici pour un soupe aigre-piquante délicieux. Un personnel courtois montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans ce restaurant. Du point de vue des visiteurs un service décevant ne concorde pas avec leurs attentes. On peut s'attendre à un prix attractif dans Singapore Garden. I guess something I have to be mindful of is I compare the Chinese food to that I get in the U.K. So I steered clear of the curry dishes. I found that the dishes were all fried and had substantial amounts of oil. We tried the chilli chicken - nice, would say was the best out of them all. We tried general tso chicken - ok sweet spicy taste. Shrimp noodles oily. Egg fried rice, nice, standard. The chicken sweet and sour balls and lemon chicken had been fried in the same oil, not sure how old the oil was but you can tell when it's black on your food it's not been changed a while. I will say the portions are big! One positive and worth what you pay.

Overall the food is amazing. The chicken at most Chinese restaurants swindle us with 60-90% flour and 10-40% chicken, but the chili chicken was 100% pure chicken with sauce AMAZING!!!!!! The portions is greater than most Chinese restaurants and they end your meal with fortune cookies. Coming back for more Hakka food real soon at this location.

Until recently, I was a regular customer at Singapore Garden. My family and I have frequented this restaurant for over 15 years, but the abysmal customer service and substandard food quality has entirely put me off. Our small group arrived to the empty Singapore Garden to celebrate a birthday. A surly waitress took our order, but she was too impatient to wait for us decide, so we ordered a spring roll.

Two or three other groups arrived long after we ordered, but 25 minutes later no one came to take our order. One of the customers even called the front desk on his cellphone to remind the waitress that we were indeed still in the restaurant, still hungry, and still waiting for our order to be taken. The waitress was extremely rude to this customer and said she will serve their table last.

After having waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order, we decided to leave. Our order came out, sopping in grease and considerably undercooked. We had our coats and were ready to leave, but the waitress insisted we pay for the meal. Disgusting. I will not return again. No wonder this place is always empty.
