Vraiment suppper au debut j'ai trouvé ca un peu chers mais je ne faisait que comparer avec une autre main d'oeuvre et un autre pays ou les taxes ne sont pas les memes ... Anyway, c'été vraiment delicieux, de tres bon gateaux du bon café un acceuil de tres bonne qualité et surtout de la bonne clientel ... J'y reviendrai sans hesitation

I'm almost hesitant writing this review because I don't want a lot of people to know about Simply Biscotti. It's tucked away in a somewhat hidden spot, but once you find it, Simply Biscotti will become your favorite café in Ottawa. They have a thousand different types of biscotti and they're all fresh, flavorsome and delicious. OK, maybe not a thousand ... but there's a lot ... like 20+ different types of biscotti. Also, they serve Lavazza coffee ... so their americano is delicious and their cappuccino is the best I've ever had. Then there's the dessert and the sandwiches. I've tried something new every time I visited, and I was never disappointed. You can't go wrong with any item you choose. The atmosphere is trendy and cosy. As for the service, it varies. Maybe because they get too busy, so some of their staff don't go the extra mile in customer service, or maybe those individuals in particular are not the best ... but I've had some great service at times, so I think it's a hit and miss. Vegetarian options: Most items served here are vegetarian. Parking: There's parking facing the café and labeled as such, but those spots and other near ones are often taken, so you may need to park a few spots further down.
