After waiting for nothing less than 45 mins for our order, we get home, only to find that our noodles were not even filled as per the norm, The sushi was also something to be criticised as it had a smell which was extremely off putting. We also ordered tempura prawns and each and everyone was not cleaned or deveined at all! Disappointed ,We called the store, and after brining this to their attention all the lady on the other end of the phone could say was “thank you for bringing the matter to her attention.” We are frequent loyal patrons of this establishment and to experience this was unsatisfactory and truly disappointing.
