A bit disappointed with the experience here. I wanted to get something to eat in the morning and I decided to get a Luca sandwich. I asked them if they could heat it, at which point the people at home were a bit confused (as if I had asked for something wow) and said that it was not possible. Maybe make a plan to buy a microwave oven, not another one, but it's 300 lei maximum for one. Food: 3 Service: 2
