The location of the hotel is good, the room was in need of renovation and noisy, the facilities were outdated. We were there with a group on half board. At dinner we had the choice between two menus. Unfortunately, it turned out that there were only 7 portions left of one menu! There wasn't enough rice and dumplings for both menus. Conclusion: dinner was a disaster and the service was overwhelmed. Never again! Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 4

A nice hotel on the outside, but in terms of facilities and service it doesn't do justice to the name and the ****. Waiting for over an hour and overwhelmed and stressed staff do not invite you to linger in the restaurant. The food is canteen quality and does not do justice to an upscale category. The staff is not very customer-oriented and has little information about excursions in the region. As hotel guests, we were not served in the restaurant. With the statement "We have a lot of guests on the roof terrace". We were directed to the neighboring Ratskeller. However, the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. I hope we at least get breakfast tomorrow morning. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4
