I recently visited "Shpija e Kalter" and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My group waited for 30 minutes, and during that time, not a single staff member took our order. To make things worse, several tables that arrived after us were served promptly, and their orders were taken first. We felt completely overlooked, and it was frustrating to watch others receive attention while we waited. The lack of attention and service left us with no choice but to leave. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service.

Solid local food that tastes amazing! The service is amazing! But the owner (I think) was a bit pushy. He wanted to ordered for us and brought stuff to the table that we didn’t ordered. But it was super delicious and I would recommend everyone to visit the place. And you get great value for the money!

This was a great meal! Having dinner here was a wonderful experience, with great and kind people being our waiters and with a good menu with so many delicious options! Also, portions were generous and the river next to us and the view made the atmosphere outstanding. Couldn’t wish for a better dinner here in Prizren!
