I recently tried the Shorty Smash Burger at Shorty's Pizza, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. While the patty was a bit overcooked for my liking, the flavor made up for it. The unique blend of spices in the patty gave it a distinctive taste that set it apart from the usual burgers. The onions were a real highlight—they added a nice crunch and sweetness that complemented the savory burger well. The pricing was also reasonable, making it a solid choice for a quick and tasty bite. With just a bit more attention to the cooking, this burger could be great! Service was excellent. I also tried a slice. Since I can only do one review I will likely be updating this. The slice of pizza that left me disappointed. The slice had very little sauce, which made it feel dry and lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, the sesame seeds sprinkled on the crust gave it an odd taste that didn’t really work with the rest of the pizza. For the price, I expected much better. It was definitely overpriced for what you get. Overall, not a slice I'd recommend or be eager to try again. 2/5.
