Hi my name is Lucas. I ordered a cake at shoprite hibron road thorntree for my child birthday I arrived at 19:59 the door was already closed I spoke to the security at the door that i only wanted to collect a cake and I don’t want to go inside the shop. He refused to assist me at first, I asked for the manager then the security took my slip and make me wait outside the shop. I waited for 20 min then the manager came while the security was closing the red roller door and the manager informed me that they can’t assist me and i must come the next day. I told the manager that I’m from work and I can’t come any time early. I asked for my refund and the manager said i will only be assisted when the shop is open. They took my slip for the cake and never gave it back, I informed the manager and he failed to assist me too. I did not want any problems I only wanted a cake that I ordered. I informed the manager that by 08:00 when they open i will be at work. He didn’t even want to listen to me he only said i must come when the shop is open. The treatment I received at shoprite thorntree was so bad not to mention that i am a regular customer and reside next to it
