Unpleasant experience where we filled 70.57lt diesel on 31/03/2023 @ 07h20. Vehicle brokedown shortly after due to water in diesel detection and was towed to RMI registered mechanic where over 60lt of water contaminated diesel was drained from tank. (Drained fuel, pics & video evidence available). Shell Safari Management Centre advised their testing measures reveal zero percent water in their tanks when visited site 03/04/2023. Will continue to escalate the matter until resolved and update review accordingly.

Came in to this garage looking for help , my vehicle had a problem with the petrol gauge. I spoke spoke to all attends if not most petrol attendance personell non were able to help so I decided to buy 2 liter soft drink so I can fill it up and go to my vehicle which was not too far from the garage it a walkable distance. First person I had spoke to was the supervisor. After buying the 2 liter soft drink I empied it in front of them and when I wanted to fill up then they decide to tell that I cannot use that soft drink container. I'm very disappointed and angry with the supervisor and his attitude the stuuf as well knowing what issue I had they could have advised me. I have to say though one attendanhim accordingly.
