I'm so glad to have discovered this hidden gem. One of those few places that are not overrun by herds of customers. The aesthetics are unmatched, from brick veneered columns to linear steel installations defining spacial fields and walls of mirrors, all coming together to create a glamourous, minimalist aesthetic that makes dining here a truly special experience. The service is amazing. The waiter did not hesitate to serve us, he also remembered everything without writing down. He was also very polite. Payed a lot of attention to every table. The food came much earlier than I'd expect to wait and it was obviously top notch. This restaurant was ok before what happened today. We ordered their borsch via Wolt several times & it was fine. But today it had a LOT OF pepper. I even started coughing after tasting it. I reached to the Wolt support & they said that the restaurant response was that “they made the product as standard”. But their soup was not made as standard, because its ingredients (the description of the soup on Wolt) doesn’t contain pepper (screenshot is attached). And as I said, we ordered this soup earlier & it was not like that. Which means that Sheffpoint does not care at all about their customers. They are here just for money. I will never order food or come to their restaurant again, their indifference ruined the whole impression of them. Service: Delivery Service: 1
