We dined twice at this place in the center of Bryansk. Many pros and just as many cons. Maybe the owners of the cafe, after reading the review, will think about how to solve the problem. But first, on the positive side: - it’s great that an establishment of this format exists in Bryansk, in its central region; - strengths: menu, cuisine, interior, decoration, design aesthetics in the art deco style for a “French cafe”; - the atmosphere is pleasant, airy, large windows with a view of the Bryansk Christmas trees. It's not hot in summer, but it's too cool in winter. - no queues; - decoration and presentation of dishes - excellent. - quality of food, cuisine - excellent. Hot dishes, judging by the waiting time, are prepared “live”. Keep this in mind when visiting, the wait for hot dishes is from 15 to 40 minutes. And it was the menu and cuisine that became the main reason for our return to this cafe. And this is the biggest plus. Minuses: - positioning the establishment as a “French cafe” for ladies. Rather, it is a small restaurant with a narrow European menu, a small number of tables (visitors) and very mediocre service. The cuisine and atmosphere are restaurant-like, the service is unobtrusive, like in a city cafe. Prices for coffee/desserts are the same as in neighboring coffee shops, prices for food and drinks are the same as in a restaurant. - in winter, in frosty weather, it is very cold in the hall. Delicious food quickly cools on the table, turning the dish “into a pumpkin”; - the gap between the level of cuisine and the level of service: waiters “kill” all the charm of the kitchen. All dishes can be brought together. In a cold room... - it wouldn’t hurt to update the menus themselves: they are clearly not fresh; - wine Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
