I worked as a courier in this organization and now I will tell you what and how happens there) This organization spares money on two or three couriers on weekdays and weekends so that customers are satisfied and receive their order on time. Orders are scattered across different areas for one courier and the courier is physically unable to cope. The administrator who draws up the schedule does not know how to do this and does not take it seriously. They can call you at 10-11 o’clock in the evening and tell you to come out tomorrow. He doesn’t know how to draw up a schedule for regular couriers. A lot of couriers left because of their boorish attitude. “IF YOU DON’T LIKE SOMETHING AND ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH SOMETHING, WE DON’T HOLD ANYONE” (this was said to me personally when I asked for at least 2 couriers to come out on Friday so that clients would receive their order on time and be satisfied). The kitchen cannot cope with the flow of orders and therefore couriers are late to customers.
