D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine indienne est plutôt bonne. Un roti délectable est parmi les plats à commander dans ce restaurant. Avec ses plats à emporter, Shanta's Roti's Afhaalcenter est idéal pour les gens qui veulent manger rapidement. Un personnel gracieux vous recevra chez ce lieu tout au long l'année. Du point de vue des invités un service non professionnel ne concorde pas avec leurs attentes. La plupart des visiteurs qui utilisent Google n'ont pas donné une bonne note à cet endroit.

Shortly after placing my order I received a call from the business to confirm my order and inform me that I will receive another call once the delivery person is downstairs, which I thought was weird. An hour after placing the order, the delivery person was downstairs and asked if I could come down. I kindly explained to the delivery guy that I was babysitting a rumbunctious 3 year old at the time and that I was unable to come downstairs. The guy started scolding me and said that I should have reported this earlier or simply not have placed the order. He refused to come upstairs and continued to argue with me over the intercom. Finally, he shouted that I had to pick up my food from the shop myself before he drove away. I immediately called the restaurant to request a refund, but before I could finish my sentence, the lady on the line quoted the exact same words from the delivery person. Then the lady swore that I wouldn't get a refund because I didn't come down and that I had to come to the restaurant myself to collect my order. After this bad experience, I found endless reviews on Google from other customers with the same experience or even worse situations. You could also easily find this if you wanted to look it up yourself. I lost almost €60.00 for food that I did not receive and I don't think it is normal for a business to treat customers this way. Up to this day, I've never receive a refund, nor have I received my food. Literally THE WORST experience ever! I will NEVER order from there again and would NEVER recommend them. If I could've placed a review with no stars I would've!
