Great food. Excellent service. Very clean. Management is open to listening. They understand that they can not always please everyone, but if you give them a chance, they will do everything they can to make things right. We find that communicating with the staff rather than just giving negative feedback ends with issues being resolved in a positive manner. Great Food! Great, Kind and Caring Chef, Mike! Good and attentive Service by the young Tristyn! This restaurant and staff was a true blessing as I was travelling across Canada from BC to QC! I was looking for Chinese Food and parked right in front of it on a Monday late afternoon. I highly recommend this restaurant whether it is to eat in or to eat out. Big window for the two long tables in the front. Generous plates! Merci Mike! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Authenticity matters. The Original Shanghai Chop House has been my "go to" for 60 years now and it never disappoints. Tonight was no exception as the Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce (made in-house, BTW) is the best on the planet. Drop by today and tell Michael the Manager, that I sent you.
