Les cocktails étaient bons et pas trop chers comparé aux alentours. Mais dommage car on ressent qu'ils souhaitent vendre et vendre : il y a peu de temps pour choisir, les verres vides sont récupérés rapidement, on nous demande rapidement si on souhaite autre chose... As Shamrocks advertises as an Irish bar, me and my peers decided to watch one of the most important Irish games on the big telly there.
All TVs had English sport, but we didn't mind as one in the corner was screening the Irish GAA.
The sound in the bar was focused on the English football in the Irish bar; again, happy enough to cheer on our wee tv.
When our team was scoring, we were SHOUTING AND CHEERING AS YOU DO for your team!! Every jeer and cheer lasted as long as the suspence of the situation (if you know sport, a cupla seconds)
The bar man abruptly cut in, 10 minutes before the game ended, and said that people had left because of the volume.
In shock; we didn't realise we had done anything wrong.. it's an Irish Final, in an Irish bar.
He told us that the English football was airing, and to be queit.

I went to an Irish bar, to watch an Irish match. And was told, that my cheering on my Irish county, was distracting from the English game.
It should be renamed in this case, given what they deliver.
I was made feel unwelcome.
I was made feel ashamed to be Irish.
It is not an Irish bar.
It does not offer Irish authenticity.
And I left extremely underwhelmed and extremely disappointed.
My peers were English, and they were also shocked by the behaviour.
Lovely Guinness, pity the pub advertises as Irish when it is clearly an English bar.
