I went for lunch at the beginning of the week, I was alone and overworked and I could feel the disorganisation, not even the uniform like other less serious poker rooms like the new management, then let's say not very nice, absurdly hot, we were sweating while waiting to order, A LITTLE WAITING PRIORITY DELIVERIES.... We were regular customers in Meda and had a great time: excellent service, helpful staff and impeccable quality of food. When the restaurant closed and changed management, we moved to Seregno, hoping to find the same level of excellence. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in many respects. First, the staff was overworked. Only one person was in charge of managing everything, from customer service to preparing dishes. This inevitably affected the quality of the service, making it slow and disorganized. Furthermore, one of the reasons why we often went to this restaurant was the possibility of paying with tickets. Unfortunately, with the change in management, this service is no longer available (at least for now), making the experience even more frustrating. As for food, the quality of raw materials has significantly deteriorated. The rice base, which in the past was perfect, was now pasty like glue, compromising the taste and consistency of the dishes. The difference compared to the previous management was evident and disappointing. In conclusion, our experience in Seregno was well below expectations. We sincerely hope that the new management takes note of the critical issues and works to improve both the quality of the food and the service, so that it can return to being a reference restaurant as it was in the past in Meda.
