Manque de respect envers les clients.Ils ne suivront pas les numeros ,ils servent chaotique.J’ai attendue 30 min pour etre servi avec le numero en main.

First time trying Serano bakery, and it was the best decision my daughter made! The bakery's layout is not only clean but organized, and all the desserts are perfectly displayed! There's a lot of space to walk around and take your time to find what you want. Plus, the number serving concept is perfect! Every bakery should implement this concept! The service is amazing. All the staff members are friendly and smiling! They make you feel welcomed and happy to stop in. Thank you to the employee who served us. She was the sweetest, and her kind birthday wishes were very thoughtful! My daughter's birthday cake exceeded our expectations! The decorations were exactly what my daughter chose, and the cake was the right amount of sweetness and light, so of course you couldn't just have 1 slice! I highly recommend Serano for the desserts, service, and quality of their desserts! Can't wait to stop in again! A must visit for Greek Baklava lovers . The prices are reasonable and the quality very high . Bought 1.5 kg of the walnut filled squares a few weeks ago . Keeps very well in the fridge. Visited in the morning around 11am and it was not busy . Looking forward to sampling more of their products . Highly recommended .
