Nikos Monte Casino is one of my favourite spots to have some lunch and dinner. Not only is the food good but the staff is genuinely so friendly and they create such a positive atmosphere. Feels like home away from home! My birtday Dinner at Nikos on Tuesday left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the seafood platter for one grilled and both the calamari and the fish was chewy n overdone. The sirloin steak was dry n beyond welldone although we ordered medium rare. The pork chop was dry and tasteless. Ordered a five roses tea and got rooibos tea instead. We complained to the manager and requested replacements for the fish platter and the steak however the fish still wasnt too appetising as it tasted stale. Waited forever to get the replacement meal and left without finishing our meal. The only plus was the starters and pavlova on the house. Overall very disappointing experience therefore will not be going back

Terrible service. Ordered online and the staff gave my order to some random person without even checking. They have no detail of this person. That’s my money and energy spent.
