Apps were amazing, food, my main was pretty good. Service was top notch. Our server Marcus was attentive, knowledgeable and a good time, made the experience- had great wine pairings all evening! Tried GT for the first time tonight for our anniversary. Was initially disappointed that they didn't have the carbonara on the menu, since it's my go to at any Italian resturant, so I ordered the chicken fettuccine instead. It did not disappoint. Well seasoned and the chicken was cooked and flavoured perfectly. My husband enjoyed his chicken parm as well. The creme brulee was also amazing. My only small criticism was that the burrata could use a touch of salt, but I am Finn, so I like my salt. Marcus was our waiter and we received impeccable service. His wine recommendation was spot on. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere as the lighting was dim and the layout made for a quieter dining experience, which was refreshing as most of my favourite resturants are way too loud.
