It is true that we do not exclusively offer typical Tyrolean cuisine (only some dishes), there are already many excellent places in the area with this specification and we try to stand out with alternative proposals. Respect for the environment in which we are lucky enough to find ourselves is always a prerogative for us and in fact we strive to purchase as much as possible locally and to offer our guests dishes based on quality raw materials. At the entrance to the restaurant we have displayed the menu precisely to give those who visit us the opportunity to find out what our proposals and our philosophy are.
