Unbelievably poor service! I really try not to leave bad reviews for businesses, but this is an exception. The man in front of me asked for a sample of 7 different drinks...and they allowed it while the line behind him grew longer and longer. There was only 1 cash register open, but 3 employees were working. After 15 minutes of waiting in line, the man was still giggling and sampling drinks while the line behind him grew longer and the employees did nothing about it. This shouldn't be allowed and needs to be addressed by management. One worker could have easily taken the man aside to give him samples while another took orders from the rest of the line. Once he finally chose a drink, there was no apology for the wait from the staff. I'm a business owner, and if I ran my business like this I wouldn't have one any longer. I've always loved Second Cup and have always chosen it over Starbucks and Tim Hortons. It's becoming harder and harder to find Second Cup locations, so I go out of my way to find them.
