Après avoir visité Mackbrunnen, vous devriez prendre un repas dans ce restaurant. D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine chinoise est plutôt bonne. Essayez un boeuf épicé délectable.
Un personnel dynamique attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à Seasons est sympa. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère douillete. Mais ce lieu n'est pas hautement estimé par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

We have been frequent customers here with the previous owner. We went back last week again and it seemed like the restaurant had been franchised/taken over. Just a summary: the quality was terrible! This is not hot-pot anymore! 1. Way less varieties of toppings in the menu but prices now are way higher (28 euro/p.p). Despite whatever you ordered with the tablet, only 5-6 standard toppings were served, the rest were not available. 2. Staff service was the worst, toppings were brought even before bringing us napkins, chopsticks and even our drinks!! So it melted and nothing to start the meal with. 3. The self-service table of napkins, chopsticks, etc. were removed and we had to ask for each single piece (soup spoons etc.). I asked for 4 pairs of chopsticks and got 4 pieces of chopsticks (2 pairs). 4. Everything was mixed with water: Soup bases were mixed with too much water, no taste of the soup anymore! Drinks were also mixed with water, no gas for the soft drinks. Never go there again! If you want a decent quality of hot pot, please do not go here.... was denied to dine in by the waiters as the restaurant was half empty, telling me it’s not possible to have dinner in the restaurant since I was alone. Double checked on google maps and didn’t find any info about this. update: If it is really fully reserved, the young man first has to ask whether I belong to a group or whether I have booked a table in advance. But when I looked for a free place to myself, the young man said without thinking that it's simply not possible to eat alone with you. It can no longer be direct and listless; no reasons are given. Dear customers, there are major exhibitions taking place in Düsseldorf this week and next month. Many restaurants are fully booked or reserved for private events. We kindly ask for your understanding. The available tables you see are reserved for guests with prior bookings.
