We had a very nice evening! The restaurant is really beautifully and comfortably furnished and the service is great We were just there to drink cocktails, these are very good! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

New added: Yesterday I celebrated my farewell from professional life with my colleagues in the "Schwarzes Hermann". Despite all the adversities (thunderstorm with heavy rain, simultaneous anniversary celebration with loud techno music, etc.), the team there took excellent care of me and my guests. I am and remain enthusiastic about the shop, the people and the service. I just thought it was a pity that some of the neighbors (.... and I'm a neighbor myself) called the police very early because the music was probably too loud for them. Hey guys...it was just 9.30pm on Saturday!!! That can not be true!!!!! Since freight trains crash through, which are three times as loud. Should the police keep things quiet? My goodness... but you have to live with that, and not just in Schwachhausen. For a long time I lived opposite a bar in the district, it wasn't always easy, but you could talk to each other. Alright, enough of that. I sincerely hope that Hermann will stay with us for a very long time in this form and this colorful variety. My absolute favorite beer garden, and all my guests, friends, colleagues, relatives, acquaintances etc. have to meet me there... where else? Greetings from C.J. Old review: The Schwarzer Hermann has been around for a very long time, unfortunately the shop was not always run lovingly. But that has totally changed since Johannes took over the shop and runs it with passion, and has made great changes. Now our neighborhood bar has a fantastic beer garden, and that's great for me as a neighbor from around the corner, all the more so because I've stopped smoking for 10 years and don't go into a smoking bar anymore. The atmosphere there is wonderful, very friendly and brisk service (where does he get these great people from?), and a very pleasant audience. The owner has a good touch and it really shows. Thanks to the mulled wine booth and tent, there was activity inside and out even in winter. But now summer is coming again, and I'll spend one or the other summer evening there with friends in the beer garden. It's so practical, next door
