We appreciate all reviews that are posted online as it provides our team with a chance to connect and debrief on what we can improve upon. We'd like to offer some information to contextualize this review. We greeted this party with a smile and seated them without issue. We approached this patron's table numerous times to take their order and were advised each time that they wanted more time with the menu. We answered their questions and were happy to be responsive to their pace and flow of their dining experience, we attended to them at different points of the meal with their drinks appetizers, entrees, and finishing off their experience. We attended to these patrons after serving their meal including asking how their dishes were; no concerns were raised about their choice. We make our tartar sauce in house following a tried and tested recipe. Our lamb shank is made with a tomato base sauce that is prepared in house - if tomato, rosemary and other seasonings are not your preference for lamb, we encourage you to order something else including one of the wonderful features we have curated for that day. We accept all modes of payment and did not specify preference for cash. We pride ourselves on providing hearty portions that are reasonably priced and are carefully made by our talented kitchen staff. We hope that patrons will visit us regardless of what they read on Google. You can't believe everything you read on the internet. We do our best to ensure an optimal dining experience every time you visit from the moment you enter the dining room to when we express "see you next time."
