We went to the Schloß Donzdorf restaurant for the first time last week because we have loved the former Rechberghausen restaurant ever since. The location is nice, but echoes a lot and is therefore relatively loud and rather cold due to the high ceilings. The service was ok, but nothing special. However, we paid €180 for a BBQ plate for 4 people. The quality of the meat was good, but the quantity was a joke for four people. The two gentlemen ate something at home afterwards because they weren't even full. The plate was lukewarm when it arrived and had a lot of ready-made products like chicken wings or onion rings. A disgrace for the price. In Rechberghausen we had already taken part in the BBQ and received the same amount plus various side dishes and dessert hot and without ready-made products for two people. Even though the boss was on site, he showed no interest and asked if everything was OK. We were so shocked by the price-performance ratio that we went home really disappointed. That was the first visit and unfortunately it will remain so. Price per person: €50–60 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
