We had reserved a large table for our daughter's christening party. We had trusted that the Schällenursli Brunch would be a great brunch and we were very disappointed. We arrived at 12pm and I asked an employee where the table for us was. He told me curtly "over there" and was gone again. No greeting, not shown to the table. When we arrived at the table, we asked ourselves what the process was like (it was our first time at brunch). No one came to explain to us how it works. A little later an employee came and took the drinks order, it was very chaotic. When I looked at the offer, I was almost shocked. A black hash brown, a bit of eggs and bacon in the fat. No selection of fresh bread, croissants, no fresh fruit. At first I thought I had missed another table, but that wasn't the case. Then, after some time, a cake with croissants, cheese and sausage arrived. An etagere for around 20 people!! Once I realized this, I asked if we could have more. Exactly one hour after arrival, i.e. at 1 p.m., we received further etagères. By this point everyone had finished eating. We felt uncomfortable with our baptism company that we chose this location. And it's a shame for this important festival for us. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
