The desserts were limited ones created by us specifically for Women's Day where we had ladyfingers soaked in lemon accompanied by a mascarpone cream with a diced sweet sponge to recreate the mimosa effect on the plate, followed by a grating of lemon zest and conclude with a drop of berry jam.
