I have an issue regarding an OTT Voucher I purchased at Sasol garage protea park Rustenburg on 9th November 2023 at 23:11pm I tried inputting the voucher number on my phone the next day and it said the voucher was invalid because I was busy at work I couldn't go there and I tried calling them didn't receive an answer I have been calling several times but still the phone was not answered I then got the time to go there two weeks after to find out what the issue was I then spoke to the lady who sold me the voucher by the name of Antoinette who advised that someone had called and said they lost the voucher and requested a reprint the manager then asked me to verify my cellphone number and found that it was not the number the reprint voucher was sent to and then asked which proof did they request to verify that the person who called really purchased the voucher. They could not give me an answer . All they said that my slip is crumpled up but the lady does say she remembers I bought the voucher they only said they will investigate and it's over a week now I tried calling them for feedback the phone is just ringing with no answer I went there on 26th November I was told by the cashier that she has no answer for me there's no managers or supervisor on duty in weekends they only work Monday till Friday from 6am till 6pm The manager was very rude throughout raising my query and it is unacceptable I would like to escalate the matter as it very unprofessional to reprint a someone's voucher without a physical proof of purchase does that mean I could just phone any Sasol garage and asked for reprint of voucher in that case I find it unprofessional
