We recently moved to Potchefstroom (Parys Avenue) and both me and my husbands job requires us to drive to JHB/PTA almost daily so petrol is one of our biggest expenses. We always used Engen but with Sasol being around the corner to us on our way out of Potch and with their reward program it just seemed like the best option. As how engen offers the cashback with clicks. Thus we signed up online and used the digital card a few times at this Sasol. At first we were displeased with the service as to waiting long to be assisted and then people arriving after us being assisted first. But we ignored it due to engen being a bit out of our way. Now this morning when we put petrol in our business vehicle suddenly the attendant says and lies in my face that they dont accept digital reward cards and never did yet two days ago they did and the previous 6 times. I then told him so and he told me to then go pay inside. Inside the cashier told me the system was offline i will have to wait before being able to use my rewards card. We were in a hurry so just paid in left. Very disappointed that we were lied to and that we got tricked about the rewards program. With Engen if something is wrong with the system they tell you straight and write down your card number to allocate the cashback when their system is sorted. Sad to see Sasol wont offer the same service or their workers are too lazy to do so and would rather lie to you. Thanks for wasting our time we will rather drive the extra bit to Engen.

Best daywood and coffee in Potchefstroom and clean bathrooms, it makes any night shift more comfortable, thanks to the friendly staff, who are immediately ready to help.
