I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I recently received at Sasaki Sushi Bar. As a patron who appreciates good food and excellent service, my experience at your establishment fell significantly short of acceptable standards.Upon arrival, I found it quite disconcerting that there was no staff member to greet me or guide me to a table. This lack of organization and hospitality is not only unwelcoming but also sets a negative tone for the entire dining experience. After seating myself, I waited an unreasonable amount of time without any acknowledgment from your staff.The absence of prompt and attentive service continued throughout my visit. Despite waiting patiently, no one approached my table to take my order. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable, regardless of how reasonably priced your menu items may be. Good service is a critical component of any dining experience, and in this regard, Sasaki Sushi Bar failed miserably.Given this experience, I find it difficult to justify returning to your establishment. I would rather frequent Wingwha Sushi, where I can count on consistent, high-quality service alongside excellent food.I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your service standards. No customer should have to endure the level of service I experienced at Sasaki Sushi Bar.
