We understand that you are paying for both and may rightfully expect everything to meet your satisfaction.At the same time, we want to emphasize that our employees cannot simply be dismissed because a guest is dissatisfied. Our staff members work with dedication, and we stand firmly behind our team. Of course, we take criticism seriously, but decisions regarding employment are always made on the basis of fairness and objective criteria—not individual opinions.We kindly ask for mutual respect.
