D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine japonaise est plutôt bonne. Vous pouvez toujours déguster un sushi délicieux à ce restaurant. Un personnel qualifié attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Almira offre un service digne à ses visiteurs. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère exotique. D'après le classement de Google, ce lieu a obtenu un score de 4.

Please note: most reviews are from the old sushi restaurant that was here. Now you can go here for shared dining dishes, steaks and cocktails. Everything 'with a Greek touch'.

1. PLEASE use deodorant so that we as guests are not overwhelmed with the smell of sweat... very unpleasant if you want to eat. 2. Gossiping and complaining about your colleagues AND guests should be done in the canteen where guests will not be bothered by this. If you are not educated enough to do this publicly in the restaurant and you receive comments about this from a guest, you should apologize instead of drawing dirty looks. You can be happy that you have a job, especially in these times and especially in the catering industry, and ultimately the guests are the reason you still have this job. 3. LEARN TO READ THE MENU AND RECIPES! It is useful when you come to serve food that you not only tell the guests what you are serving them, but also that you say this audibly instead of mumbling and please just look at the guest. We don't bite, you are not a slave, you just have to name a dish and put it down... a child can do the laundry. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly! On previous occasions, entire orders were forgotten, the food was suddenly too salty or cold, etc. or did you have to wait 30 minutes for a tablet, among other things... But at least the staff did their best and were customer friendly! It doesn't seem to be getting any better unfortunately :/ This also causes more and more doubts about going here at all. And this is not an unwarranted review against any policy. This is literally the truth and the situation about a place that is now rightfully bankrupt! Very unwelcoming and so not service oriented. We wanted to eat there and asked the manager if gluten-free was possible. She looked away and walked over to people who just came in to help them. Even the young lady at the counter looked at us like 'what is she doing?'. We went back later that evening to tell her why she was acting like that. Her response was 'oh, you have a complaint, ok, have a nice evening'. NEVER again Sapporo for us!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
