Dear Ms Malekpour, you have never stayed at our hotel, we do not know you at all.You simply sent us an email asking if we accepted pets, even though you had already read extensively that we do not, and as you can see from the email you attached, we replied that pets are not allowed. Animals are not allowed because we are not equipped to guarantee them adequate and satisfactory “comfort”. We care deeply about hospitality, so much so that we do not overlook any detail. Thank you for taking the time to review us: you have given us the opportunity to inform our readers.Best regards.
