The other day we decided to go for dinner and watch the sun set, fortunately the view from the windows of this establishment allows us to do this in warmth and comfort. Having gone inside, we were very surprised that no one was greeting the guests, and although some employee was bustling around at the bar counter at the entrance, there was no reaction from him, apparently he was solving some of his own problems. After waiting a bit, we finally asked to invite the administrator, who eventually took us to the table. After some time, the waiter brought a menu, which can already be replaced. By the way, it’s not very pleasant to pick up this tattered printing from the guests. After waiting for the waiter for about 15 minutes to place an order, I had to go look for him in the hall. And although the landing was incomplete, I think about 60 percent, it became clear that the establishment had a problem with staffing, they definitely wouldn’t take out the full landing (probably we should contact chef Ivlev). Having finally accepted the order from as many as two items (pizza and tea), the waiter left and the agonizing wait began in anticipation of excellent cuisine. But that was not the case... Having brought the tea, the waiter left again, wishing us a pleasant tea party. The sun had already disappeared behind the horizon under a wonderful sea buckthorn tea, but we never tried the pizza. About forty minutes had already passed since the last, now cold, tea was poured into cups, but neither the pizza nor the staff’s explanations about the fate of our dinner had reached us. I had to go find out and clarify it myself. Luckily for me, I was able to talk to one of the managers, named Sergei, who wildly apologized for the current situation and explained that there was an accident with a pizza oven in the kitchen and all six of these wonderful pizzas turned into coals half an hour ago, but a new batch of pizza They are about to be ready, you need to wait literally 7 minutes. Having checked the watches with Sergei and set a control time, we decided to wait, especially since Sergei promised to compensate for his failure with a compliment from the boss. But in the end, the timing was broken and after waiting an additional three minutes beyond the agreed time (they gave the guys a chance), a miracle did not happen. I had to leave this wonderful establishment, wishing them to work on their mistakes... The evening was ruined, I definitely do not recommend it. Then we waited about 20 minutes for the order to be taken, and eventually called the waiter. Then this depressed looking waiter didn’t show up for a long time, we had to find out what happened to the order ourselves. In the end, they left. Horribly long wait for an order!!! We were with two small children, we were warned that the waiting time would be about half an hour, this suited us, but in the end we waited more than an hour!!!! The children waited for more than an hour for their favorite Margarita!!!! When they brought the check, my husband saw that on “repeat beer”, they brought him a completely different beer!!!
