Today I received an email from Google Removals asking me to delete or change the review. I'm now taking this as an opportunity to write a detailed review: I am/was a regular customer at San Marino in Forchheim. No matter whether you order online or in the restaurant (opposite BurgerKing, at the Gourmet Temple and so on for anyone who doesn't believe I've already been there). I used to love eating there and I usually had Rigatoni Al Forno (vegetarian) or a Salami Pepperoni pizza. However, in recent years the quality has declined massively. Especially with delivery services. Some of the pasta is very fatty and there is hardly any sauce. The pizza was undercooked several times (solid pieces of cheese that didn't melt and made the eating experience very unappetizing) Actually, despite these recent experiences, I still enjoyed going to San Marino because of the good service and ambience. I can't really understand my previous review after so long. I can only assume that the website accepted an order at that time, even though delivery wasn't supposed to be until 5 p.m. However, I would attribute this to an error on the website, I can say that for sure but not anymore. However, I don't consider the request for deletion and complaints about possible damage to personal rights to be good, which is why I have reduced my rating of the service and ambience to 1 star because from now on I no longer feel welcome there. An excerpt of the complaint should be attached as an image, but this doesn't work... Here is an excerpt: We would like to ask you to demonstrate within seven (7) calendar days that the infringement alleged by the complainant has not occurred. ***********************Complaint************************** ***** As an authorized representative of the company Ristorante Pizzeria San Marino, I request the deletion of the reviews from the following Reason: 1.) Deletion due to lack of professional connection: There is no proven connection Customer contact between client and reviewer, what a legitimate publication is required. My client denies customer contact and the identity of the reviewer can cannot be verified due to the anonymous profile. According to the BGH ruling of March 1, 2016 - VIZR 34/15, I call on you: a.) To immediately submit this complaint to the review author, b.) To ask the author to provide a detailed description of the customer contact and send supporting documents such as invoices, c.) To forward the comments and evidence received to me. You are obliged to check the customer contact, regardless of the admissibility of the content the assessment. It is emphasized that the reviewer is neither a current nor former employee is. I'm assuming this isn't the average experience for everyone here, but I wanted to post this due to what I consider to be a lack of criticism. Old review: Ordered for delivery at 1pm. Was not accepted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
