Girl at customer service around 8:45 to 9pm on Nov 29. Super rude and doesn’t know what customer service is. I spoke to her twice and She did not even reply to me. She took the client who was in line after me without even me asking and explaining why she is doing it. Took 20 mins for a 2 min transaction. Pathetic customer service

These 5 stars are not for the store itself but, for a young cashier by the name of Lylian. Customer service is practically dead these days. Nobody smiles, most are rude and everyone seems so angry all the time. It was so refreshing to go through check out and be greeted this morning with a big, beautiful smile, and a good morning. Kindness goes such a long way and this young lady, Lylian, embodies that. Keep up the amazing job!!

Hi, I have visited no frills frequently but was very upset at the self checkout. I by mistakenly scanned an item multiple time . When I called the lady to correct it, she spoke to me very rudely saying " so what" am I liable to lay for an item which I didn't have in my cart. It was 3-30 in the afternoon and it was at the self checkout. Why r they treating us like robbers . Also the security man followed Me till the door with my 7 year old son which made me feel unsafe and threatened my child. Please look into the policies of the store. All of is don't come to rob.
