Since 2014, regular customers of Sakura Sushi have always found the rolls simply superb, huge, juicy and tasty. I decided to place an order for the old New Year, so to speak, I got a little tired of traditional Russian cuisine during the holidays, I thought I’d add some variety. It was not there... I placed an order and it was delivered quite quickly. I'm so upset. But when I opened the order, I was simply shocked that these were not rolls from Sakura, but some kind of basement order, the rolls were tiny, smelly, spread on top as if someone had vomited. The view is simply terrible(((In addition, some rolls were brought not those that I ordered, but those that I don’t eat at all. Operator Svetlana contacted the support service and offered me options. I asked to correct the order and bring it to me as soon as possible. And the same me I'll give it back to them. Three and a half hours later the doorbell rang, they handed me a small package and told you this. When I opened it, there were the same 4 rolls that I hated, which I don't eat, and 3 that were completely unknown to me. Turning again to Svetlana, I received an answer. We fixed what else you wanted from us. I never received an apology or a corrected roll. The evening was simply ruined. The rolls from Sakura were sent to the trash. Because I respect myself and will never eat something like that . This is a cry from the heart!!!. People, I never advise anyone to buy Sakura sushi, they are disgusting.!!!! Take care of your health and nerves. I ordered 15 pieces, they were delivered in this form, I just don’t eat 4 pieces with seaweed , I explained to the operator what I wanted, she put it according to my taste. The second box is remade and sent so that the buyer does not scream (((We will never buy your rolls again, we will tell all our friends.
