Inoubliable ! Le repas était top, les pâtes sont incroyablement bonnes des vrais carbonara à l’italienne et une pizza gourmande et généreuse cuite au feu de bois. Dear Sacro e Profano Trevi Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the dining experience I had at your restaurant on 28/08/2024 (between 9:45pm-10:45pm). While the staff who assisted with my concerns was courteous and responsive, the overall quality of the meal and the service left much to be desired. I ordered the Penne Salmon Pasta, which was served to me with the pasta undercooked. After bringing this to the attention of the waiter, the dish was replaced. However, the second serving was equally unsatisfactory—this time, the pasta was drenched in pasta water, and the salmon accompanying it had a distinctly unpleasant and fishy odor, suggesting that it was not fresh. It was apparent that the dish had been hastily recooked rather than properly prepared anew. To my dismay, there was no manager on duty to address my concerns, which I find highly unprofessional. It is concerning that a restaurant could operate without a person in charge to handle customer issues. Eventually, I was offered a €5 discount on the dish, which I did not eat due to its poor quality. Moreover, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the dish, the staff member I spoke to became argumentative, insisting that the quality and preparation of the food were standard for their restaurant. I found this interaction to be dismissive of my concerns and contrary to the level of service one expects in a professional dining establishment. To add on, a few item 86’s which was disappointing. I trust that you take such feedback seriously and will address these issues to prevent future occurrences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
