I bought 2 barbari breads from your shop 2-3 days ago, although I kept them probably in the freezer ASAP, I found mold inside and I have already eaten a lot of them before and now I am very worried about my health. When I was in the shop at 1 am , I noticed that a lot of bread were exposed without protection. This is either to poor quality and old material you use or because you bake them early morning and sell them until evening. Now I am worried about my health and mold spores are probably everywhere. Also I noticed the seller touches the computers, receipt, credit cards ,... with the same gloves she handles the bread. This shop lacks the basic sanitary protocols. I will never ever buy from them and I don't recommend them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Saboos. While their products might be decent, the way they treat customers is appalling. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as though answering basic questions was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, they were unbelievably cheap when it came to resolving an issue I had with my purchase (all I asked for was paper for the amount of bread I purchased). It was clear they were more interested in saving a few bucks than ensuring customer satisfaction. I don’t expect luxury service, but basic respect and decency shouldn’t be too much to ask. I’ll definitely think twice before shopping here again. Service: 1
