    I found the dishes, although original, lacking in balance. A lot of fermented and smokey tastes and a few incompatible combinations (for me at least). The fish was cooked perfectly but a bit bland in taste. Service a bit slow but very friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere unbeatable!     Very interesting food. Somewhat confusing menus- do you choose from the 4 part meal and extras, from the snack menu , from the main menu? No, just pick whatever you want from any of them, and they will arrive in a random order. But you will enjoy them all. Price per person: €90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

    Amazing flavours at Saar. The food is unique while sticking to its roots! simple ingredients elevated to an exquisite flavour profile. The portions size is perfect for sharing, you get to actually share a few bites with each other. It’s not the 2 bite portion size I’m used to at other restaurants! The natural wine selection is great. I love how all the bottles range from about 40-60 euros. this makes choosing a wine more fun because you know everything is quality and in a price range where you don’t feel like you’re making a decision based on price. The service makes you feel right at home. It’s attentive without being bothersome, an amazing balance they seem to have perfected.
