This place has some of the best Thai food in Calgary! We asked them to make the Massaman curry spicy and they did! It was delicious. The coconut cream that they put on top of the coconut rice totally elevated the rice and along with the spring rolls, everything made for a great meal! Ordered Thai food at Saap Thai Kitchen via Uber Eats. Decided to try out a different place for dinner. We loved the food we ordered at Saap Thai Kitchen: - 2 orders of Stuffed Chicken Wings - why 2 orders? Cos we know they will be good! Love how they take out the chicken is deboned and then filled with a mixture of pork, glass noddles, green onions, shitake mushroom, white onion and egg. Then, deep-fried and eat with sweet chilli sauce! - Red Curry with Shrimp - Deliciously spiced red curry, comes with bamboo shoot strips, red, green & yellow peppers, basil leaves - must eat with a carb! - Long Song - a happy dish that comes with fresh spinach, carrot, broccoli and peanut sauce. Very well executed. - Dessert - Mango Sticky Rice - So very, very good! Serve it warm. That lovely, sticky coconut cream sauce over the Mango Sticky Rice makes it a truly delicious dessert! Extra treat - 2 little cakes came with our order for free! Also fantastic! :o) Excellent Thai Food, indeed!!
