It’s a terrible establishment, I highly recommend not ordering anything from it, I waited 1 hour 34 minutes for delivery, the pizza arrived dry, the rolls I ordered were listed on the website as hot, but in fact they arrived absolutely cold and fell apart at a dry risk, after contacting support told me that they can provide a maximum of 10% discount on the next one. order, I asked the administrator of the establishment from which I ordered to call me back, after which the girl told me that if you are not satisfied with the 10% discount, we apologize, and they said that we cannot help with anything, after which they hung up, I perceive this as rudeness! !!!!!!!!! They also asked for a photo of the food to confirm that the food did not match the description, 1.5 HOURS AFTER THE FOOD ARRIVED!!!! EXTREMELY OUTRAGED BY THIS FUCKER Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

6 февраля 2024 года по рекомендации дочери впервые сделала заказ. Хотели повстречаться с подружкой, посидеть, поболтать. Заказ оформляла звонком. Понравилась лаконичность молодого человека, который принимал заказ: всё по делу, без лишней нагруженности. Всё чётко: вопрос-ответ. В ходе диалога молодой человек сказал, что время доставки "около часа от момента оформления заказа". Была удивлена, когда позвонили через 34 минуты и говорят, мол, выходите, мы приехали, привезли ваш заказ.
Заказывали сет роллов N 21, по акции за 899₽. В нем было 32 штуки. Хватило, наелись. Даже осталось немного.
На итог: выражаю благодарность SUSHIBOX за поднятое настроение после рабочего дня и за прекрасно проведённый вечер с подружкой!
