This happens ALL the time! There are always ingredients out of stock. I would understand if it was 1 but it's always multiple ingredients out of stock at a time. Yesterday it was panini bread, cheese and honey and mustard sauce. The servers are so unpleasant and lazy. The one server was done with a customer, walked to the back where we could see her checking her phone and typing something while there are clearly more customers in the line. After a while a different server popped up from the back. Absolutely horrible service! Horrible shop in general! I'm done with subway canal walk!

It’s the 25th of the month (Payday weekend) on a Saturday. There is no bread at 11:20am. Was told it would take another hour before they’re ready. I then tried to order a wrap. They only had lettuce and tomato. I asked for the spicy veg patty. They didn’t have that either. Some serious management & operations issues. So clear. Why is no one doing something about this?

I had a terrible eating experience today at subway canal. Rolls were in short supply, our rolls were overheated, toppings were too little despite having to request for more twice. To top it the sticker deal forces u to buy a drink of R18 to vlaim a six inch. Not confident at all of going there again.
