We came 1 hour before the show, seats with free access (first come, first served) and they seated us in the LAST SEAT, although there were many seats available!!!! Liars and insensitive! In the last place, to hear the bathroom, the kitchen, the grinding of the coffee and hit you with the trays when the waiters pass... Nice show, team 0. The distribution of seats is a total embarrassment.. The manager also lied to me that he would compensate me with something nice for the discomfort created, but NOTHING Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm sorry, but those with the organization or distribution of seats at the tables, did not act honorably or honestly at all! I can't even find a word to compare, how they tricked us, reasoning that they couldn't find us on the list..., and even though we came some time before, just to find seats, they told us to sit in the seats from door, until they deal with the next arrivals. During which, logically, the already existing seats, on one side in the middle of the hall, were occupied....I have no way of believing anything else, except that he had promised them, not reserved them (it didn't say "reserved" on the tables), because their knowledge, and we were the fools in front of him, and that we were just "wrong" to come earlier. Of course the seats were taken, and we were given the worst seats, next to the toilets, where the door to the kitchen and the bar were, plus, of course, the access route behind our seats. We had to endure all the noise that could be heard from the coffee grinder, bottles and glasses rattling, all the doors from the toilets and the kitchen and people flipping.....sorry, but for all that, the grade one is too high, right for which, I give them a big minus!!!!!!! The waiters are noisy and inattentive because they ran over my head twice with the trays and that's how I experienced the bad experience...!!! I have nothing to complain about comedians. They were very good, all respect for them!!!!
