I'm sorry to hear that you had to go through this experience and that's definitely not what we want. We serve small plates to share with each round drink and olives and chips are served beforehand. Can you tell me what day and when you were there? Then we'll be happy to get to the bottom of the matter. I can only imagine that it must have been a misunderstanding - our guests don't always want to eat something (e.g. because they have just come from eating).
