The service received two weeks ago was absolutely horrendous and unacceptable. We waited for 30 minutes when it was not busy to get one salad and one wrap made whilst the staff decided to have long conversations without making the food we ordered. Food was very tasty and tasted healthy. Unfortunately I had to wait 2.5 hours for my food to arrive. Ordered via home delivery, they told me that it was busy at SLA and that the delivery person had to wait half an hour until my food was ready. When it finally arrived there was a note with my food saying that unfortunately the aubergine had run out and they had added other vegetables. Fine, but it wasn't worth the 2.5 hour wait.
