I went to this place with some friends to spend an evening in company, a very nice and well-kept place. We took chips and bruschetta as an appetizer, unfortunately the pizza left something to be desired for our tastes, we found the dough difficult to digest and the cooking not exceptional. To be improved Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Our recent experience at Simo Restaurant was, unfortunately, disappointing in many respects. We were a group of 12 people and we expected a pleasant evening, but we were greeted by a series of inefficiencies that compromised the entire dinner. **Service:** When we ordered, we asked the waiter to clarify the details of the dishes since the menu lacked descriptions. To our shock, the waiter was unable to answer any of our questions. After insisting, he assured us that the dishes were designed for one person only, so we ordered three, one of which was for a celiac diner. When the dishes arrived, however, we discovered that they were portions for two people and the dish for celiacs was a smaller version, decidedly inadequate. **Food quality:** The quality of the food was disappointing. The frying in particular was bitter and not at all inviting. After sending it back, it was returned to us presumably reheated, but the flavor had worsened, to the point of being burnt. For the pizzas, apart from the error of one (which had been asked to remove only the tuna and instead it was removed even salami) nothing to say. **Wine management:** We ordered a Grillo wine, but were served an Insolia. Fortunately, the mistake was in our favor, as the wine was good and more suitable for the "light" dinner. **Waiters:** During the evening we interacted with three waiters. The first did not know the dishes on the menu, the second limited himself to serving without offering further explanations, while the third, although kind and patient, had to act as an intermediary between our table and the kitchen, trying to assuage our disappointment. It was he, not the chef nor the owner, who had to inform us that the fish was fresh and that other tables had not complained, insinuating that the problem was us. **Conclusion:** At the end of the evening, the chef finally "freed himself" and offered to prepare some prawns for us, an attempt to resolve the situation which seemed rather ridiculous. At the time of payment, no questions or anything else. In summary, the evening was a succession of inefficiencies, from food to service, with the addition of unprofessional management of the problems encountered. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant and I hope they can review their approach both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Replying to the owner (I had to edit the review). Since we arrived at the table, the celiac disease has been mentioned over and over again, there were 3 starters and 3 were brought. So in addition to the poor quality of service and food, I would also add the false nature of the response to the review. At this point this place and the property become unclassifiable. Best regards PS only squid were served, never squid other than the kind of bitter squid that were there on the first outing. If you want, I'll also explain the difference and why squid is better than squid. You, dear owner, didn't say a word, perhaps because you only know how to write when you can no longer reply in the hope of "ripping off" some other customer. Furthermore, I never talked about the review with the waiters, but with other diners. A place that is half empty on a Saturday already shows what type it is. Have a good life NB. I never write reviews, but this place went out of its way to get me to write one Parking: Dirt, but wide Kid-friendliness: The spaces are large Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Dear customer, as we read in this review, you have worked very hard, carefully writing down all the things that in your opinion were completely negative, but try to put yourself in the shoes of the person who served you and your friends …Dear customer, as we read in this review, you have worked very hard, carefully writing down all the things that in your opinion were completely negative, but try to put yourself in the shoes of the person who served you and your friends that evening. , 12 people... We ask ourselves "HOW COME" you were so precise in writing carefully, and then when ordering you failed to point out the gluten intolerant person? Or rather, too many obvious questions, why not specify and inform the dining room, as well as the kitchen, that there was a person at the table with gluten problems? I remember well, in the review I didn't mention it at all, that apologizing you came directly declaring that there was a celiac with you, too bad that the dishes were already being served and we had to re-prepare them by sending you a separate dish for celiac disease. Al “After insisting, he assured us that the dishes were designed for one person only, so we ordered three, one of which was for a celiac diner” In reality you had ordered two, without specifying your intolerance! Food quality: The quality of the food was disappointing. The frying in particular was bitter and not at all inviting. After sending it back, it was returned to us supposedly reheated, but the flavor had deteriorated to the point of being burnt. ANSWER: In the same service exit as your fry shop, several fries were served which were also part of the service of yours, where no complaints were made. Despite our professionalism, that of re-preparing a NEW course, the customer commented that we had reheated the previous one, it's a shame to disappoint you as the first one was only squid rings, the second one was calamari! Finally: "At the time of payment, although we had decided to round up, the owner added further costs, even though he should have calculated the fees and not us, but in the end we paid the bill correctly without further additions." ANSWER: What are these excess bills that the owner added after discounting the bill by €10.50? You wanted to divide the total by 12 since it was €21.66666666666667, you said so, you calculated €22 each! N.B. Given that throughout the meal, he pointed out as the waiters passed that he would have given a completely NEGATIVE review, even laughing about it as soon as he sat down, try instead to enjoy dinner more, and be more careful when ordering and specifying intolerances before the arrival of the dishes in such a way as to respect those who work. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INADEQUACY REGARDING THE DAY AND CIRCUMSTANCES, I MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOU THAT YOU HAD DINNER ON SUNDAY AND NOT SATURDAY. WHEN YOU WANT, IF YOU WANT WE CAN SHARE TOGETHER FROM THE VIDEO WHEN AND WHERE YOU COMMUNICATED THE INTOLERANCE TO THE STAFF. THE LOOK, WITH THE FILM IN HAND, SO WE SEE WHICH OF THE TWO IS UNCLASSIFIABLE. I WAIT FOR SUE.More
